Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 61-year-old White/Caucasian male who passed away in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Russell Costello.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Intoxication by Fentanyl, Opioids, and Benzodiazepines

Other Significant Conditions: Chronic Alcohol Use; Tobacco Use
