(L.A.) Walter Lopez Gonzalez, 42, Died in Bel Air

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 42-year-old Latino male that occurred at a private residence / dirt lot.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Walter Lopez Gonzalez.

Cause of Death: Traumatic Injuries

RIP WALTER LOPEZ GONZALEZ (November 2, 1981 – August 27, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 10:29 a.m.

The decedent was fatally injured while working near heavy machinery at a residential construction site in Bel Air.

LAFD said their crews had been dispatched at around 10:10 a.m. to a hillside work site at 10663 W. Chalon Road near the intersection of Lausanne Road.
