(L.A.) Victor Moran-Rivera, 34, Died at an Encampment

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 34-year-old Latino male that occurred at an encampment.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Victor Moran-Rivera.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Cocaine, Fentanyl, and Methamphetamine
