The coroner’s office identified the woman as Valerie Johnson.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Congestive Heart Failure

Cause of Death B: Hypertension

Other Significant Conditions: Diabetes Mellitus Type 2, Chronic Deep Vein Thrombosis of the Bilateral Lower Extremities
