Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 49-year-old female of Black ethnicity that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Tracie Samuels.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Intracranial Hemorrhage

Cause of Death B: Ruptured Left Posterior Communicating Artery Aneurysm

Cause of Death C: Hypertension

Cause of Death D: Cocaine And Phencyclidine Intoxication
