Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 65-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Timothy Murphy.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Anoxic Encephalopathy

Cause of Death B: Cardiopulmonary Arrest Status Post Resuscitation

Cause of Death C: Sequelae of Choking on Food

Other Significant Condition: Diabetes Mellitus and Schizophrenia
