The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Tierraney-Alexus Tuggles.

Cause of Death: Complications of Diabetic Ketoacidosis

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 2:54 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on May 24.
