Los Angeles County is reporting the death of an 80-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Thea Carlson.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Sequelae of Blunt Trauma

Other Significant Conditions: Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease, Hyperglycemia
