The coroner’s office identified the man as Terry Williams.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Acute Massive Bilateral Pulmonary Thromboembolism

Cause of Death B: Deep Venous Thrombosis of the Lower Extremity

Other Significant Conditions: Obesity, Cardiomegaly with Concentric Left Ventricular Hypertrophy
