(L.A.) Teddy Goad, 71, Died in Sylmar

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 71-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred on a street.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Teddy Goad.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Traumatic Injuries

RIP TEDDY GOAD (November 12, 1953 – May 12, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 8:57 p.m.

The decedent was fatally hit by a vehicle.

LAPD had responded to the 12200 block of San Fernando Road, near Hubbard Street, at around 8:50 p.m.

The vehicle’s driver remained at the scene.
