(L.A.) Tal Mazuz, 22, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 22-year-old “Caucasian” male that occurred at his residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the young man as Tal Mazuz.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Methylenedioxymethamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 10:40 p.m.
