Judge Pamela Higgins Judge Pamela Higgins is reportedly the Alabama judge who decided to let Ibraheem Yazeed out on bond in an attempted murder case from early 2019.

It was while out on bond that Yazeed killed 19-year-old student Aniah Blanchard in October 2019.

Higgins earned her B.A. from the University of Alabama and her J.D. from Mercer University.

She was admitted to the Alabama Bar in 1992.
