The coroner’s office has identified the teen as Taegenae Sanders of San Jacinto, California. Born in San Bernandino.

Cause of Death A: Cardiopulmonary Arrest

Cause of Death B: Pulmonary Thromboembolism

Cause of Death C: Probable Deep Vein Thrombosis

Other Significant Condition: Status Post Heart Transplant for Hypoplastic Right Heart Syndrome
