The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Susan Schulz.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Diabetes, Obesity

RIP SUSAN SCHULZ (February 8, 1943 – February 23, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 11:35 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 10.
