Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 77-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred in a nursing home.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Susan Corey.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Blunt Trauma

Other Significant Conditions: History of Heart Failure, Diabetes Mellitus, Liver Cirrhosis
