(L.A.) Steven Craft, 35, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 35-year-old Black male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Steven Craft.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Methamphetamine and Methylendioxymethamphetamine

RIP STEVEN CRAFT (July 1, 1987 – June 26, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 10:52 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 15, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.

MDMA (3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine) is an amphetamine analog with stimulant and hallucinogenic effects. It is commonly known as Molly or ecstasy.
