(L.A.) Stacy Roberts, 65, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 65-year-old Black male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Stacy Roberts.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Mixed Drug Intoxication (Fentanyl, Heroin, and Cocaine)

Other Significant Condition: Atherosclerotic and Diabetic Cardiovascular Disease

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, polydrug overdose.
