(L.A.) Sofie Crisostomo, 14, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 14-year-old Asian female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the girl as Sofie Crisostomo.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Acute Myocarditis

RIP SOFIE CRISOSTOMO (August 26, 2010 – March 28, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 5:00 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on June 12, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

We do not know if the decedent was injected with synthetic mRNA.

The decedent may have been of Philippine descent.
