The coroner’s office has identified the man as Singapore Huynh.
Manner of Death: Natural
Cause of Death A: Hemopericardium
Cause of Death B: Ruptured Aortic Aneurysm

The decedent’s surname appears to be Vietnamese. We do not know if he was injected with synthetic mRNA.
In November 2021, senior officer Dr. Chai Koh Meow of Malaysia’s Health Ministry passed away due to heart failure. According to the post-mortem report, Dr Chai’s cause of death was hemopericardium due to coronary artery disease and myocardial infarction.
