(L.A.) Sinai Barraza, 18, Died in Canyon Country

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of an 18-year-old Hispanic female that occurred on a street.

The coroner’s office has identified the young woman as Sinai Barraza of Santa Clarita.

Cause of Death: Blunt-Force Trauma

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday.

The decedent was a 2025 graduate of Golden Valley High School.

Her sedan collided with a commercial van at around 3:30 p.m. by the R.V. Repairs shop at 17528 Sierra Highway.

The driver of the other vehicle survived and was taken to a hospital.
