(L.A.) Siavash Etehadieh, 22, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 22-year-old male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Siavash Etehadieh of Chino Hills.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Multiple Blunt Injuries

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 5:50 a.m.

The government investigator left the ethnicity field blank for the decedent. His name appears to be Iranian/Persian.

The single-vehicle accident was a result of the driver’s action, which resulted in his vehicle leaving the roadway. The accident happened on Carbon Canyon Road near Carriage Hills Lane in Chino Hills, San Bernardino County, at 2:06 a.m. He was transported to a hospital in L.A. County where he died.
