The coroner’s office has identified the man as Shyh-Shyan Tung.

Manner of Death: Suicide

Cause of Death: Diltiazem and Insulin Intoxication

Other Significant Conditions: Diabetes Mellitus; Hypertension with Congestive Heart Failure
