On Thursday, the Los Angeles Fire Department sent out the following bulletin at 1:53 in the afternoon:
At 1:29 pm, LAFD responded to reports of a person who jumped off the 105 freeway overpass onto the 405 freeway. Firefighters located one patient determined deceased on scene.

Paramedics were sent to the juncture of the Glenn Anderson (105) Freeway and the San Diego (405) Freeway.
Formal pronouncement of death was made at 1:32 pm.
