The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Shanell Walton.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Pulmonary Thromboembolism

Cause of Death B: Deep Veinous Thrombosis of Leg

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 8:26 a.m.

The government investigator had initially misspelled the decedent’s surname as Waton.
