The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Shanae Jones.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Hemorrhagic Stroke

Other Significant Conditions: Effects of Cocaine and Fentanyl (Clinical)

RIP SHANAE JONES (May 19, 1969 – December 30, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 11:12 p.m.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
