Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 56-year-old Black female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Sarah Abbott.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 6:41 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 29, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
