(L.A.) Graham Allen, 31, Died in Homeless Housing

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 31-year-old White/Caucasian male at a homeless housing facility.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Graham Allen.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Intoxication

RIP GRAHAM ALLEN (October 12, 1992 – May 3, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 7:14 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on June 4, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, overdose.
