Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a Latino male that occurred in a hospital for women and children.

The coroner’s office has identified the infant boy as Santiago Alarcon.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Alveolar Capillary Dysplasia with Misalignment of Pulmonary Veins

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 6:37 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on May 13.

The child was two days old.
