(L.A.) Osiris Luna Hernandez, 42, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 42-year-old Latino male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Osiris Luna Hernandez.

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine Effects

RIP OSIRIS LUNA HERNANDEZ(March 23, 1981 – August 6, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 6:48 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 14, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
