(L.A.) Salvador Cordero, 49, Died at a Private Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 49-year-old Latino male that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Salvador Cordero.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine Intoxication

RIP SALVADOR CORDERO (August 5, 1975 – July 13, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 20, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
