(L.A.) Sallie Hill, 50, Died in Santa Clarita

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 50-year-old Caucasian female that occurred in Canyon Country.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Sallie Hill, resident of Saville Place in Palmdale.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Cardiac Tamponade

Cause of Death B: Ruptured Thoracic Aortic Dissection

RIP SALLIE JUNE HILL (April 17, 1972 – July 22, 2022)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 6:09 p.m.

The decedent suffered a medical emergency while driving her Ford Explorer on Soledad Canyon Road. Her car hit four other vehicles and a bus stop, and also sheared a fire hydrant.

We do not know if she was injected with synthetic mRNA. This incident may or may not have been a vaxxident.
