(L.A.) Ryan Leone, 36, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 36-year-old Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Ryan Leone, resident of Etiwanda Avenue in Northridge.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Intoxication
