(L.A.) Ryan Churgin, 22, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 22-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the young man as Ryan Churgin.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Blunt-Force Injuries

RIP RYAN MATTHEW CHURGIN (October 21, 2002 – June 6, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday.

The decedent was a motorcyclist who was fatally injured in a collision with a car in Lancaster.

At around 9:14 p.m., he was riding south on 30th Street West and entered the intersection at Avenue G, colliding with a white sedan headed westbound.

He was taken to Antelope Valley Hospital.
