The coroner’s office has identified the man as Roy Fairman.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

RIP ROY FAIRMAN (June 12, 1943 – March 3, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 11:03 p.m.

This was either a heart attack (myocardial infarction) or cardiac arrest.
