Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 78-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jose Nieto.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Multiple Blunt-Force Traumatic Injuries

Other Significant Conditions: Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease and Medical History of Atrial Fibrillation and End-Stage Chronic Renal Disease
