RIP ROSA GUZMAN RODRIGUEZ (April 11, 1958 – January 23, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 4:09 p.m.

This death seems to have been caused by the surgical procedure, indicating it is likely an iatrogenic issue. In other words, the problem appears to have resulted from the medical treatment rather than the original condition being treated.

Lynch syndrome is a genetic condition that leads to several types of cancers, especially early colorectal cancer.
