Los Angeles County is reporting the death of an 86-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a nursing home.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Ronald Chapman.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Atherosclerotic and Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Dementia, Diabetes Mellitus, and Covid-19
