Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 96-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a nursing home.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Robert Wallis.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Cardiopulmonary Arrest

Cause of Death B: Ischemic Atherosclerotic Heart Disease

Cause of Death C: Hypertension

Cause of Death D: Arrhythmia

Other Significant Conditions: Non-Insulin Dependent Diabetes Mellitus, Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia
