The coroner’s office has identified the man as Robert Velez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Anoxic Encephalopathy with Multiple Organ Failure

Cause of Death B: Sequelae of Fentanyl and Cocaine Toxicity

This is considered an accidental drug overdose.
