(L.A.) Robert Garcia, 49, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 49-year-old Latino male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Robert Garcia.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine Toxicity

Other Significant Condition: Diabetes

RIP ROBERT GARCIA (March 21, 1974 – July 12, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 2:20 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 30, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the meth.

This is considered an accidental drug overdose.
