Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 51-year-old Caucasian male that occurred at a transient encampment located at Atlantic Avenue & 67th Street in Long Beach.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Robert Centers.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Other Significant Condition: Hypertension (Clinical)
