Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 66-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Rick Farrell.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Complications of Bowel Perforation

Cause of Death B: Probable Bacterial Enterocolitis

Other Significant Conditions: Hepatitis C Cirrhosis, Human Immunodeficiency Virus Infection, Effects of Fentanyl and Cocaine
