(L.A.) Richard Rogers, 56, Died From Drug Use

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 56-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Richard Rogers.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 1:06 a.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 3, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
The government investigator had initially spelled the decedent’s surname as Rodgers, before later dropping a letter.
Note that there are multiple decedents named “Richard Rogers” in public records.
