The coroner’s office has identified the man as Richard Mooneyham.

Cause of Death A: Ischemic Heart Disease

Cause of Death B: Atherosclerotic Coronary Artery Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Medical History of Unspecified Dementia, Diabetes Mellitus, Atrial Fibrillation, and Traumatic Spine Fracture
