Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 37-year-old Latin American male that occurred at his apartment residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Richard Ledesma.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, Heroin Toxicity
