Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 72-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Richard Fallow.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Cardiopulmonary Arrest

Cause of Death B: Hypercapnic Respiratory Failure

Cause of Death C: Pseudomonas and Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus aureus Pneumonia

Cause of Death D: Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Atrial Fibrillation with Rapid Ventricular Response, Chronic Kidney Disease, Anemia
