Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 53-year-old Latino male that occurred on a public sidewalk.
The coroner’s office identified the man as Richard Burgos.

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine
RIP RICHARD BURGOS (November 28, 1971 – September 5, 2025)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday.
This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
