(L.A.) Refugio Mejia Jr., 44, Died in a Parking Lot

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 44-year-old Latino male that occurred in Stevenson Ranch.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Refugio Mejia Jr. of Santa Clarita.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Acute Thrombosis of the Left Anterior Descending Coronary Artery

Cause of Death B: Atherosclerotic Heart Disease

RIP REFUGIO MEJIA JR. (November 27, 1979 – January 27, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 2:21 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on May 23, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back negative for substances.

We do not know if the decedent was injected with synthetic mRNA.

He was found lifeless in the parking lot of a golf club.

Deputies had been sent to The Oaks Club at Valencia, in the 16500 block of Heritage View Lane, at around 2:15 p.m.
