Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 71-year-old Black male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Randy Anderson.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, and Parainfluenza Virus Infection

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 3:54 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published around August 1, presumably after the results of tox screening came back.
