The coroner’s office has identified the individual as Ramon Cisneros.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Blunt Force Traumatic Injuries
Other Significant Condition: Thermal Injuries

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 3:44 p.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 24.
